1. How secure is ordering over the Internet through the Only GPS website?
We believe it is very secure, and we use Paypal exclusively for our payment and authentication services. Remember also that most cardholder agreements limit you, by law, to a maximum of $50 should your credit card number be used in an unauthorized manner.
2. I was wondering if there was an option to order online (secure) and have delivery by regular U.S. mail. My address is an FPO AP, U.S. address actually located in San Francisco, California. Unfortunately, the FPO AP does not accept Federal Express or UPS?
Sorry but we do not offer this option at this time due to the increased processing time required.
3. What is GARMIN's warranty policy?
GARMIN's Limited Warranty Policy warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, GARMIN International Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor; however, the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. GARMIN International, Inc. assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of use.

Original 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty:
Every GARMIN product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of retail purchase. In the unlikely event that your GARMIN product should require service during the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to obtain warranty service.
When you contact the Technical Support group (see GARMIN contact telephone numbers above), please have available the serial number of the unit, your return shipping address, and daytime telephone number. The Tech Support Representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization tracking number (RMA#) and shipping instructions. Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the unit and ship it (insured) to the following address:

4. Do you sell or otherwise give third parties information obtained during the online purchase process?
No. Please consult our Privacy/Security Policy for details.
5. Occasionally I see rebates available on some products. How does the rebate from the manufacturer work?
Manufacturer rebates are offered from time to time on specific products. You pay the regular price for an item, and then submit the rebate form to the manufacturer. If you meet all the requirements of the rebate, they then send you a check for the rebate amount in about 4 to 6 weeks.
6. I see that Garmin has international style units that have built-in databases and maps of international areas, in addition to the North American based units you carry? Can I order one of these through you? I can't find them on your website?
Garmin does not permit its North American dealers to sell International versions of its products. Only INTERNATIONAL GARMIN dealers can sell the International version. Remember though, that any GPS unit will work anywhere in the world - it is just the internal mapping data that may not be viewable.
7. Are their volume discounts or special incentives for resellers?
Discounts for purchases of 10 or more of an item are offered based on an individual basis. Resellers are welcome to inquire about special incentives and dropshipping possibilities.
