Return Policy
When shipping items back, pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Every product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer’s warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.
Defective Items: Please contact manufacturer prior to requesting a return of an item to Only GPS. In most cases, the manufacturer has a quicker turn-around time, and prefers the customer to deal with them directly. You do not need a RA number from us, to return a defective or damaged item directly to the manufacturer. In most cases, they will be able to replace the defective items quickly and free of any charges, under the manufacturer's warranty.
Some manufacturers will not accept returns from dealers such as us. In that case, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item(s) back to the manufacturer for a refund or replacement
If your item is defective, we will replace the defective item(s) free of charge (minus shipping fees) within 7 days of receiving the item. This does not include items ordered in error. Only GPS is not under obligation to take back items ordered in error, and we reserve the right to refuse any non-defective package.
Items that do not meet customer’s expectations can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 7 days of receiving the item, and are subject to a return authorization from Only GPS. Items that have been used or opened can be refused based on condition and wear.
All returns absolutely require a return authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to an inspection. For a RA number contact customer service here.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. We will charge for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized or without a RA will be refused, and sent back to the original recipient. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." It is very important that you ship with UPS or Fed-Ex only, so that we may track the shipment. Do not use the US postal service. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Once an order is placed, it is not guaranteed that it can be cancelled or changed before it ships. Customers assumes responsibility for the items ordered, including all shipping charges and tax upon submission\completion of the order. Only GPS will take back cancelled orders within 7 days, and a re-socking fee will apply on all such orders. A refund will be issued minus shipping costs and re-stocking fee.
All re-stocked items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in factory condition and include all packaging material to be considered.
The customer may cancel any backordered items before it ships for a full refund to the card used, upon written (e-mailed) request. Customers who are in line for a backordered item will receive it before a customer placing an order for the same item at a later date. Orders are filled via a first come first served basis. Any customer that sends back a backordered item that has shipped, without canceling it previously (and receiving a response back from us confirming the cancellation) is responsible for returning the item to the address we specify, as well as covering the shipping costs of shipping the item to your address and back. Re-stocking fees may occur on any such orders.
Refunds will be issued 7-14 days after the item is received back in un-opened condition and verified. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled. |
